Frequently Asked Questions

Do you post Internationally?

Sadly not currently, however, we will in the near future. For now the best thing to do is follow along on Instagram or Facebook so you can know first when international postage becomes available. What is for certain is that international postage will only be unframed prints ready to ship in a tube. This lowers the postage cost for you and guarantees a safer passage for your selected artwork.

What if I buy an original? Under these circumstances due to the texture applied to the artwork rolling it into a tube will damage the piece. Hence, the item will be carefully packaged in box form to avoid damage whilst in international transit. Fees for international shipping will be calculated at cart.

Do your Artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, both originals and limited-edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity. My certificates of authenticity attest that the piece has been created by myself (Nathan Schulz) and is not a forge or replica. All my artworks are printed by a fully Certified Hahnemuele Print Studio. What this means is that the works are museum grade pieces; designed to last a generation. So my suggestion is to keep the certificate of authenticity close to the artwork to preserve its re-sale value.

How long will my order take?

Being a small company bulk innovatory is not a realistic expectation. Every order (disregarding Originals) are printed by the associated manufacturer according to the selections you have made. In understanding this please allow 1-2 weeks + shipping on all orders. *If framing please consider another 1-2 weeks on top of this. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and thank you in your understanding that quality takes time.

Do you accept commissioned projects?

Of course I do! Please feel free to contact me and we can have a discussion to arrange and converse on the conditions of your artwork. However, you must understand that I am under no obligation to accept your request.

If we come to an agreement on the atheistic quality of the piece and the time frame suits, I will request an initial 20% deposit on the work. This assists me to fund purchase of materials and ensure that you feel obligated to finalise payment at handover of the artwork.

But in conclusion, yes, I’m more than happy to accept a commission. In order for you to reach out to me please click here.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do. However, once an order is produced cancellations are rather complex due to production methods involved. All products (disregarding Originals) are printed by the associated manufacturer according to the selections you have made. In this nature refunds are not permitted.
